As a Druid class, having multiple circles seems like a logical progression of abilities, allowing players to explore new paths and expressions of the Druidic code. Unfortunately, the official books and sources do not explicitly allow multiple circles. According to the current rulebook and established norms, Druids select a circle at 2nd level and can only retain one specialization as per level-up restrictions. As for druids transmogrified, re-specializing from a default or chosen path at early stages is ruled out; thus, maintaining one central concept or alignment for them makes sense for their nature as shape-shifting wanderers.
