Did Black Ops 3 have a campaign?

This campaign is available not exclusively for the PS4 and XOX One versions, but it would NOT be available for the PS 3 XBOX 360 due the aforementioned reasons. Is the campaign any good?
With bolded text. Not like the previous Black Ops, Activations has done a lot more job into this campaign. So although an excellent story line we never have seen. Still be some little problems because when the game is released on multiple modes, and the game doesn’ stop at the end.
