What happens if you Receive a Bounty?
After receiving a bounty, time starts ticking. You then have to survive for as long as the bounty amount is valid, which might be hours or even day. In-game survival time stops if you ever enter your apartment or take a break at your place.
How To Remove Bounty?
Remind that your bounty survival time resets when you move to your safe house so, be aware of whenever you visit it. Try to spend more time traveling, killing or engaging outside your apartment or garage instead of just sleeping. Always keep your survival time monitored and ensure it’s been long enough.
Timing of Bounty
The gaming time outside of your building counts as real-life real-time hours, which ultimately determines how long you endure the bounty. You gain more experience with time the longer you remain free since the last hit.
The Length of Surival Time
The most common issue that players get stuck on a bounty remains for at least 50 minutes or less, at which point, it no longer becomes visible on-map. But for a period of at least 35 minutes to one hour survival time before going to stay at the garage or resting at the home, time is effectively "paused;". Your character is usually not targeted in the city during the "paused."
