How to Start a Regular Mythic Dungeon in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight
Are you eager to dive into the world of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and take on the challenge of Mythic dungeons? In this article, we will guide you through the process of starting a regular Mythic dungeon and provide you with essential information to help you get started.
Activating a Mythic Dungeon
To begin with, you need to enter the correct Mythic difficulty instance, where you will see a bronze Font of Power close to the entrance. Place your keystone into the Font of Power and click activate. This will give all players a ten-second countdown before the key begins, after which the timer will start.
Why Can’t I Do Mythic Dungeons?
If you’re having trouble accessing Mythic dungeons, it might be because you haven’t manually entered the dungeon instance. Unlike Normal and Heroic difficulties, Mythic dungeons cannot be accessed through the Dungeon Finder tool. You need to create a group and physically enter the instance portal to start the dungeon.
How to Get Your First Mythic Keystone
You can receive a Mythic+ Keystone each week from the following sources:
• Looting your Great Vault: If you completed a Mythic+ in the prior week, you may receive a new keystone.
• Completing a Mythic+ dungeon: Finishing a Mythic+ dungeon can reward you with a new keystone.
• Completing a non-keystone Dragon Isles Mythic dungeon: Some Mythic dungeons will reward a keystone, while others won’t.
Can You Run the Same Mythic Dungeon Twice?
No, you cannot run the same Mythic dungeon twice. Mythic dungeons have a weekly lockout, meaning you can only complete each dungeon once a week. This is to ensure a fair and challenging experience for all players.
How Many Times Can You Loot Mythic Dungeons?
You can loot bosses in Mythic dungeons once per week. If you had completed this dungeon in Mythic before, please wait until the weekly reset to repeat the dungeon for loot. Note that loot is random, and you may receive no gear even if you’re not locked.
Can You Be in Two Dungeons at Once?
No, you cannot be in two dungeons at once. A dungeon card that’s in play exists in the command zone and leaves the game again as soon as you complete it. You can only have one dungeon in your command zone at a time.
Can You Do NAXX 10 and 25 in the Same Week?
Yes, you can do both NAXX 10 and 25 man dungeons every week. Normal and Heroic raids share a cooldown, but there’s no Heroic raid in the current version of the game. You can do both 10 and 25 man dungeons. The only time you have to pick is once we get to raids where you can change the difficulty.
Additional Tips
• Make sure to select the correct difficulty: Before entering the instance, ensure you select the correct difficulty for your group.
• Manage your keystone: Keep an eye on your keystone and make sure it’s updated regularly to maximize your loot.
• Communicate with your group: Communicate with your group about strategies, roles, and any issues you may encounter during the dungeon.
By following these steps and tips, you’ll be well on your way to starting a regular Mythic dungeon and experiencing the thrill of taking on these challenging and rewarding encounters. Happy dungeon-running!
