Prerequisites
Before we started, ensure you have a Battlenet account and that your PS overcharge account is linked to it. If you find this process complicated, you only need to link your PS4 online ID to your Battle.net account without merging accounts.
Muting and Linking Accounts
To unlock cross-platform play, you merely need to link your PS4 handle to your Battle.net account. This does not mean merging accounts, so that’s the difference. However, after merging, your accounts will start becoming one.
1. Sign in to Battle Dot Net
Start by signing under your Battle.net account. You either log in with your email-id or phone number.
2. Change Accounts
Once you are verified, navigate to the Account Merge Tab and click on the "Search" button. Search for existing accounts, including your PS4 link, in the Battle.net account lookup box.
3. Select Your PSP Overcharge Account
Find account to your PS4 account in both accounts, then select the account related to your PS4 handle without linking accounts.
