To assign more fighters in Far Cry 5:
• You need the Leadership perk, which becomes available after you have spent a minimum of 6 perk points. To allocate these perk points, speak to Hurk after completing one of the main campaign missions or unlock them automatically as your level increases.
• Dismiss existing fighters from your current squad to open up a free slot. This could be a sad good-bye to a fighter who has been battling alongside you for quite some time!
Assigning Special Abilities (Little Jacob):
• Once you have leveled up Little Jacob past 75% Like Stat, you’ll earn the ability to assign him. Open the trunk of his red Virgo vehicle to assign a weapon from his limited selection, ensuring you gain a unique special ability.
