How to Drop Trinkets in Repentance
In the Binding of Isaac: Repentance, trinkets and items can be a tremendous asset to your gameplay and overall success. However, sometimes you may find yourself with too many items and none that you want to delete. In this article, we will explore the common methods of dropping trinkets in Repentance.
Dropping Single Trinkets
Normally, you can drop just one trinket at once. To do this in Repentance, holding the Left CTRL keys on your keyboard as long as you want each trinket to land on the ground. Simply click on the trinket you want to stop holding and it will separate from the rest. If playing on a console, simultaneously press the RT-R2 buttons to instantly drop the trinkettes.
Dropping Multiple Items
In some cases when you have multiple trinkets and items, an option called Belly Button can be valuable. This item allows collecting up to two trinkets at once, thus increasing the number of potentially valuable items you can discover.
Dropping Whole Sets
If you experience the rare occurrence of items with identical effects, removing these duplicates can help conserve inventory space. By tapping the Left CTRL / RT-R2 shortcut repeatedly, you can dispense all items with consistent effects, freeing up spot for new discoveries.

Dropping Trinkets with Consumables Simultaneously
Keep alert! Dropping trinkets alongside consumables carries the risk of accidentally purging the latter. Whenever dropping trinkets around consumables, make distinct efforts to separate the both. To avoid misdirection, try to remove unused items in batches.
