When a Sim is pregnant, they will be accompanied by a Pregnancy Moodlet. This special moodlet appears on your Sim’s head and indicates which trimester they’re in. You’ll see a blue, white, or purple icon indicating the first, second, or third trimester, respectively. Keep an eye out for this moodlet to confirm that your Sim is carrying a bun (or bean, in the case of aliens!).
