Automatic Magicka Restoration: The high Elf’s innate magical regeneration accelerates its natural recuperative abilities. Each level you complete, you automatically regenerate your Magiga, allowing your casted abilities a faster resupply without being concerned with a potential magic backlash.

Enhanced Skills with Arcana

This can be advantageously implemented during lengthy in-game spells like a more rapid supply for their ability to harness power (known as Mana regeneration speed: 1%, from previous calculations).
