The most straightforward bobblehead in Vault 101 is the Medicine Bobblehead, located on the desk of the Vault Clinic, where player character finds Lucas Simms’ dead body. As soon as the player finds the vault clinic, check the Desk directly in front of the staircase to pick up the Medicine Bobblehead.

Beyond the Medicine Bobblehead, there are two additional ways to collect bobbleheads in Vault 101.
Additional Bobbleheads
Another bobblehead can be obtained while Completing the Home Sweet Home and Trouble on the Homefront quests:
- Hint: For a brief duration, you can obtain the bobbleheads, but to get rid of them (or get more), you’ll need an escape from Vault 101 (elevate levels).
Keep in mind, you’re limited until all other quests from that time completed will render bobbleheads to leave the area. Otherwise, it only becomes easy by having only 24 hours before reaching Vault level after Vault dwellers move the door closer to safety level. Remember to collect and return quickly before finishing another quest since Vault Dwellers want you all safe!
After you make some progress from there Vault will seal or destroy things as the others have all 24 hr period ended! If at that Vault area level will still you cannot access as they cannot come to, and things from that section, go into a sealed vault.
