What blocks move in Minecraft?
Unlike regular blocks, certain special blocks can move in certain situations. One of those special blocks is the Slime Block. When a Slime Block is placed adjacent to another Slime Block of the same type, if one of the Slime Blocks is pushed by water, lava, or fall damage, it will temporarily ‘bounce’ and take on the velocity of its moving counterpart.
Understanding Slime Block Behavior
When a Slime Block is pushed by a single unit of fall damage from the top, it absorbs the damage and returns upwards with a speed equivalent to half the fall damage.
