What are the choices for race?
Race classification has been a longstanding aspect of human identity and discrimination. Over the centuries, various racial categories have emerged, often based on cultural, social, or ethnic differences. In reality, race is a socio-economic construct with no objective definition. Here, we examine the different choices or definitions of race and break it down into categories that shed light on the historical developments and controversies surrounding the concept.
