According to legend, Oryx, the God-King, was originally known as Aurash, and was designated as a female at birth. However, as he rose to power, he transformed himself into a male god, the God-King Oryx. Born of darkness, Oryx embodies the power and energy of the Ascendent Realm. He wields immense power, far beyond anything else in the universe.

Background and Motivations

As a god, Oryx has no concrete motivations other than to expansive his dominance across the universe, enslaving entire civilizations in his eternal quest for supremacy. His ultimate goal is to consume the energies of other planets, adding to his own limitless energy.
