What is Breathing Spell (D&D)?

Dungeons and Dragons, abbreviated as D&D, is a tabletop role-playing game where players create fictional characters and engage in storytelling with others. The game requires teamwork, imagination, and, most importantly, patience and focus. A crucial aspect of this game is the mechanics behind character creation, ability calculations, and combat rules.

In the midst of the exhilarating journey, a breathing spell arises; it’s a state in which a character is seized by anxiety, resulting in them forgetting to breathe while immersed in the gameplay, usually while rolling for the first time.
