What is the code for the Devil’s Door Horizon?
As an avid gamer, I know that finding the perfect door code can be an essential part of completing a level or achieving a specific goal. In the game Horizon Zero Dawn, the Devil’s Door is a crucial objective, and the code needed to unlock it is hidden across the game’s many side quests and challenges.
In this article, I will provide you with all the information you need to unlock the Devil’s Door, including the codes to every door that leads up to it. I’ll also cover some general tips on how to approach side quests and challenges, so you can get the most out of your gaming experience.
The First Part: Bad Urges Text Datapoint
One of the most important tasks required to unlock the Devil’s Door is finding a specific text datapoint in a side quest called "Bad Urges." This text contains the first part of the code, which you will need to enter when prompted.
Code Entry Points
There are four separate code entry points on your journey to the Devil’s Door. Each entry point requires a specific set of numbers, which will need to be entered exactly to unlock the next area. Here are the numbers required for each entry point, along with the doors or mechanisms they unlock.
• Door 1: 7482
Unlocks the first hatch or door on your way to the Devil’s Door
• Door 2: 90225614
Unlocks a new area or section after progressing through the game’s storyline
• Door 3: 84215
Unlocks yet another new area or section further along in the game’s storyline
• The Final Door: See below for more details
The Final Part: The Secret Door to the Devil’s Door
In order to reach the final door, you must follow a specific set of directions. First, explore Latopolis and interact with HADES. From there, head over to the collapsed tunnel entrance.
Once inside the collapsed tunnel, navigate through until you reach the second wall in the area. Locate a specific door that must be opened using the number: 2054
Note: The previous part of the code and number combination may not seem intuitive, but they form an essential part of finding this final door
Immediately, you will notice two holes in the wall near you. Use your in-game tools to remove obstacles blocking the path and retrieve both vents. Open these to access the hidden entrance inside the collapsed tunnel wall, and proceed through its doors.
After a moderate-distance walk, you may cross a water body which in this case, must navigate using a waterbike; a unique mount controlled the same way as air or land mounts.
A side quest will initiate immediately afterwards, in which to take a side path away to a hidden underwater side to get the first key.
To activate underwater navigation, go outboard the waterbike towards Las Vegas and you see 2 air platforms on water.
Finally you’ll have the control as to go forward which ends in the entrance towards Devil’s door itself
