Rescue the Sailor’s Wingull
After obtaining the Rain Badge, you will receive HM05 (Waterfall), which allows you to use Waterfall outside of battles. Use this HM to access the sailor’s wingull, which is trapped in Rusturf Tunnel. Talk to the sailor to gain access to the tunnel.
Solve the Sky Pillar Puzzle
Sky Pillar is a puzzle-filled area that requires you to solve a series of puzzles to unlock the door. To access Sky Pillar, head to Route 127 and dive at the correct spot. Explore the submarine magma/aqua cave and swim on the shiny stars to have the diving pop-up. After solving the puzzles, the door will unlock, allowing you to access the area.

Talk to Wallace
