How to Reach Old Ironforge

To reach Old Ironforge, the hidden city, you’ll first need to find Deliana, who is located in the High Seat, a central area in Ironforge. Simply talk to her, and a hidden door will materialize behind her. Walking through the door will guide you down a long winding hall that leads to Old Ironforge.

History and Significance of Old Ironforge

Old Ironforge has a rich history as the original capital city of the dwarves during the Second War. Later, it was abandoned to serve as a tomb, or a prison, in later ages. Despite that, some dwarves would sometimes return to visit Old Ironforge, where legends claim to have seen fragments of ancient artifacts and buildings, long forgotten.

Main Areas of Old Ironforge

Old Ironforge can be divided into main areas:

• Crypt: a large underground zone containing many tombs with murals and statues in Mourning Depths, as well as skeletons.
• Woods or Grogmort Hill: a place full of Walls and Caves, covered by ancient Golems, Wispers of Grogmort: with an eerie atmosphere amidst treacherous terrain paths.
