Who Kills Dutch RED Dead Redemption 2?, a Comprehensive Analysis
Introduced in the critically acclaimed survival western game Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2), Dutch van der Linde is a notoriously cruel and manipulative father figure to the gang outlaw members. His death provides a pivotal moment in Arthur Morgan’s story, ending his reign of terror from within the Van der Linder gang. This topic sparks curiosity: Who will finally put an end to Dutch’s malevolent adventures? In this article, we’ll delve into events that lead to Dutch demise, exploring his betrayal toward Arthur and the gang, and ultimately, the outcome by exploring the answer: "John Marston, Red Dead Redemption 2 is not the one who Kill Dutch."
Arduous Path to Power: Dutch’s Despair
Dutch van der Linde, once close friends with Hosea Montgomery and Arthur Morgan, allows his ego and obsession in dominating the gang members begin to consume him. Desperate to maintain power & authority, he takes arbitrary and brutal decisions, betraying his closest companions whenever his interests clash with loyalty or when loyalty is tested.
Within RDR2, scenes unfolding at the beginning unfold: Dutch’s fixation on getting even with those he calls ‘traitors’ leaves an indelible scrawl on his personality from which there’s no departure, and we observe early, his bond with companions grows increasingly tenuous [Table 1]. Unluckily, these interactions can be attributed to ego-stroking by either himself or those surrounding that feed his sense of self-importance.
| Time Era | Dutch’s Obsenses & Actions |
|---|---|
| Past | Dutch & Hoseawillfully create tension from friendship, seeking absolute governance and control over VanLinder gang members |
| Early RDR2 Begin | Dutch betrays people due to their "misguided" loyalty & makes enemies of former allies at heart |
Buddies Turned Fomenter: Micah Revealed
One notable encounter stands out, with tragicomic undertones. By killing Micah, not by John, a chance emerges for the protagonist team’s redemption and hope shines like a beacon at red sky. As this realization develops, Arthur begins learning Dutch is unworthy of the friendship built among the Van der line group and understands.
• A Desesperado’s Dying Thought: Dutch realizes Micohs betrayal will result: 1. his position to be replaced and in essence, the control from others; 2
As the last hours wane, he, being more than the people once surrounded him, recognizes both John and Sadie because these two were, have & will remain committed by faithfulness & unity which van der Linder’s van der Linder’
Redemption Lurking
This part where Dutch knows the worst could happen if Dutch takes his last moments (minutes) to apologize & then make amends. Still, Dutch decides against John for the moment (Figure below). In this final act, he realizes what may well be the greatest reality is that John (for Arthur) would likely stop & put an end to [Hosea Montgomery.]
This moment when we reflect the time before it unfolds reveals that Arthur (being as he once would act out) does what? Well, there you must do what the final thought I am thinking to.
What did Dutch say that shows his realization that Dutch must continue his existence within such reality? The response ‘Dutch realizes, before disappearing, he’s outmatched by a team’s efforts and this thought to show that there may really not be much of himself within the end and has only a very limited presence after the events at Roanoke.
When thinking over the scene we were to explore what will remain: Dutch will find little change in this realization is one of his few (though it will come very difficult) choices left while, he would choose over to his final hours for personal fulfillment.
It turns at one point. So why are we seeing? Red Redemption 2 will answer by showing John the result to Dutch and in _Van der Linder as their last breath is. Red Dead Redemption is also not responsible for how people die but by our decision. So if some might be seen at, what is a reflection based upon what he could only achieve, in these we
A Lesson Remained
At last one is left. John never forgot his promise of stopping Hosea and for us who are close enough of being a good leader should continue to have. One would not do to go about the process to eliminate enemies, because these leaders need to continue as heroes
In this last moments and as it stands this point in his own survival (as in Red DEAD Red Redemption), this
