Vancouver Amumu, a cosmetic skin for the League of Legends champion Amumu, was released in 2010 to celebrate the Winter Olympics, which was held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It’s a unique skin designed to resemble the city, with a combination of British Columbia’s lush green lands and the urban landscape.

Design Inspiration

While designing the skin, artists at Riot Games, League of Legends’ developer company, aimed to capture Vancouver’s vibrant and diverse mix of nature and urban aspects. The result is Amumu dressed in a festive outfit, featuring a Canadian maple leaf-patterned cloaked and a hockey-inspired helmet. The design is undoubtedly a tribute to the sports-loving city, blending sporty and mystical elements.

Key Features:

• Multi-colored cloak: The cloak exhibits a gradient of colors, changing from green to blue on the top and bottom and a mix of colors in the middle, mimicking Canada’s iconic maple leaf country flag.
• Inspirational hockey helmet: The helmet resembles a hybrid of a hockey helmet from the Winter Olympics and Kumiho, a mythical spirit from Korean folklore, referencing Amumu’s Korean-influenced design.
